Guidance Gurus is led by Shweta Grewal, an accomplished career counsellor and international education advisor with over a decade of experience supporting students and families in making informed academic and career decisions.
She holds an M.A. in Psychology, an MBA, and is a Certified Global Career Counsellor from UCLA, California. As a trained Special Educator, Shweta brings a deep understanding of student psychology, diverse learning needs, and holistic personal development to every counselling engagement.
Her expertise spans career planning, admissions strategy, profile building, SOP & LOR development, and study abroad pathways across leading destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Known for her empathetic yet structured approach, Shweta has guided countless students toward clarity, confidence, and direction—empowering them to unlock their true potential and pursue careers aligned with their strengths and aspirations.
